The ground floor displays Bodrum-style boat models, maritime objects, and documents, while the upper floor exhibits approximately six thousand seashells from the collection of collector Hasan Güleşçi. The museum also features a dedicated section devoted to Halikarnas Balıkçısı, the famous writer Cevat Şakir Kabaağaçlı. This museum is a separate institution from the Underwater Archaeology Museum located within Bodrum Castle.
